I had spotted a pic of a Church Street Tavern burger on Instagram and it was all over from there. I had to try it.

I finally did, a few months later, and wasn’t disappointed. But wasn’t overjoyed, either.

It was a solid burger. Nothing bad, but nothing amazing either. Definitely nothing about this place that is worth going on and on about.

So, I won’t.

If you’re in the area, need a quick, unpretentious place to get some grub in your big ass belly, you could do worse than Church Street Tavern.

However, you could certainly do better.
